Trending @Accenture; Query regarding on open bench

I have joined in Accenture in 2022 ,Nov .After I had stream training on dot net and next tagged to Microsoft project in Accenture but manager keep on project bench for few months and later he gave testing project and after I got default promotion as analyst .After becoming analyst manager gave roll off .Currently from last 2 months I am on open bench and I am getting calls on dot net sql etc but they are asking hands on experience but I don’t have what to do now ?
