Query regarding MediAssist

Hi All,

Today I recieved a claim acknowledgement letter on my tcs mail id... When I checked my medi assist portal then I found there is one claimed amount which I did not claim... I don't know who has claimed that amount and the current status of that claim is pending for data entry.... Can anybody tell me is that happened with anyone else or I believe someone compromised my mediassist account?? Contact number showing 9999999999 but the bank account number is showing mine only.... Currently i am on LWP... please provide me your suggestions... Thanks...
