Trending @Infosys; Query regarding maintaining 9.15 hours

As you all know, we need to maintain 9.15 hours per day. if swipe out in between and then swipe in, say 2 hours later, will this 2 hours be deducted from the total hours between first swipe in and last last swipe out?

Hi, as per my knowledge, if you maintain minimum of 3.5 hours at office and apply wfh, it will be considered as wfo.

Wouldn't wfh days be reduced on infyme ?

Yes First and last swipe matters and if you work 3.5 hours in office rest you can apply for OD in spite of WFH for those who have wfo hours limit.

The time is calculated with the first swipe in time and the last swipe out time So, even if you go out of the office and come in many times, it doesn't matter if your last swipe out is after 9:15 hours

Nope, only the first swipe in and the last swipe out are recorded for the working hours

While it’s first swipe in and last swipe out to calculate hours, if you regularly game the system the will catch you as all data is there. As long as it’s occasional and for short durations it won’t matter. But they are pattern of gaming the system and you are out !!!

First swipe in and last swipe out is what I've heard.
