Query regarding LWP

Hi All, if we take LWP then weekends count under LWP or only working days count? Do we need to apply LWP from ultimatix or HR will apply from backend?

Drop a mail to HR citing start and end date of lwp along with the reason. Once it is approved on email (at several levels) then youu ll need to apply in ultimatix.

Yes. For LWP everyday will be counted including weekends and holidays
