Hi everyone, I had a quick question regarding the notice period policy. If an employee resigns and has around 20 earned leaves remaining, does the company pay for the unused leaves after the final settlement? Or is it advisable to utilize all the available leaves during the notice period itself?

CG will pay for the leaves left, maximum of 30 leaves can be encashed and will be paid in F&F
