Trending @Infosys; Query Regarding Infosys PIP & Notice Period
I’ve been with Infosys for 3 years and was recently put on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) 20 days ago. I’ve now received an offer from another company asking me to join within 15 days. I'm unsure about the notice period while on PIP at Infosys—is it standard or reduced?

You can let them know you don’t want to continue in PIP and want to resign immediately. They would have given you the immediate release option with 5 months salary at time of initiating PIp. Now that 5 month salty won’t be there but you can ask for immediate release by saying you no longer will continue in PIp. Anyway 30 days you need to show progress and you can show 0 progress
