Guys, just wanted to know what is the timeline when we would get to know our rating. And once the ratings are out and let's say not as per our expectations, is there a way to discuss that with the manager?

As per timeline communication of ratings should start from 17th November. If it gets postponed by the end of November or 1st week of December it should be communicated. Yes you can talk with your manager before you sign off.
