Trending @Infosys; Query Regarding Hike and Promotion Eligibility

I joined Infosys in April 2024 as a Senior Associate Consultant, and in the previous performance cycle (October 2024), I received an ME rating. Since joining, I have consistently been on projects and have never been on the bench.

Could you please let me know if I’ll be eligible for a salary hike or promotion in the upcoming cycle? Also, I’d appreciate it if someone could explain the process and timeline for the same.

Promotion will be given after you spend 3 years as JL4A. For Hike, every year they come up with different eligibility criteria, and every year different month for giving hike. As per previous cycle, u are eligible for hike.. they might give hike in Q4 i.e. Jan 26 to Mar 26
