Trending @Infosys; Query regarding external certification reimbursement

I have completed an external certification that costs around 6.5k. I got budget approval for reimbursement and I have uploaded my certificate for verification and that was also approved. When will I get the reimbursement? Will it be credited along with my monthly salary or as a separate payment?
