I have been hearing from colleagues in other business units that HR has shared the list of eligible promotions for Q4 2024. I wanted to check if a similar update has been communicated for the EPS business unit.

For reference, my details are: • Date of Joining: 26th October 2021 • YER 2023 Rating: 3 • YER 2024 Rating: 5 • Return to Office Compliance: Maintaining 2.5+ days in office from mid-September to present • Work-from-Home Period: Approved by my Director and HR via email for the first three weeks of November, with my work model updated accordingly D Could you please clarify: 1. Whether the nomination list for the EPS business unit has been finalized? 2. When we can expect confirmation emails regarding eligibility?

I would appreciate any insights on this.
