Hi all Can anyone suggest Basically I am new to cg . Presently I am in bench . Our BU told us that we have to attend office for 12 days in a months and that too Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday mandatory. Is that true We have to follow that rules or else We can go to ofc at whatever day we want and must we need to attend 12 days in a month.
Can I have the option of encashing leaves or not...

Generally in projects people have the flexibility of choosing whatever 3 days they want to work from office but for bench resources the days are mandated...but again that varies account to account
And as of leave encashment that happens only during final settlement when you leave the organisation
