Trending @Cognizant; Query Regarding Early Release

Hi everyone, I have a query regarding early release. I want early release around last week March , submitted resignation in last week Jan.

Talked to manager for early release, he is ok with it and given mail confirmation that he can try for early release.

I checked with HR team, they told they are working on early release and need my confirmation for LWD 27 Feb.

But I want my LWD around 20 March.

Is it possible to discuss this with them over call and get it done ?

Current LWD is 21 April.

Ps : I am partial buffer resource and in assignment section it shows non billable 100 percent.
