Query regarding Designation at Capgemini

Hello Folks,

I have 5.9 years of experience as SAP Basis Consultant, currently planning to switch. I have received an offer from Capgemini where I am offered the role of Consultant/B2 with 14.5 LPA. I requested them to give me a Senior Consultant role but they declined saying that it will require a minimum 6 YoE. However, I highlighted them that I'll anyway complete 6 years at the time of joining but they didn't take it into consideration while releasing offer. Can you please suggest if the offered role and package aligns with my YoE?

He is correct. Look for other opportunities with min 18 LPA id you got any then you cal also negotiate with CG.

Accept offer and meanwhile attend as much interview calls as possible during the last month of notice period and also write same on linkedin naukri. Dont know about basis but my seniors in sd got 20 lpa something for 5-6 years exp.
