Query regarding D band or pip
Im about to complete TCS anniversary lateral hire at C2 grade in my current team they don't have my dependency and manager doesn't like my work.. are there chances they might give d band in anniversary and remove me or I'm safe till April 2026... Also my ctc for this grade and my team is on higher side...
Should I be worried.. bcoz im sole bread winner

There is no Band for Anniversary. Don't worry about it. You still got another year to prove your worth to your shitty mgr. You may get like 3.5 to 4 rating though
