Trending @HCL; Query regarding career progression after Joining through TSS Program

I joined HCL through the TSS program as a QA Engineer in march 2022. My CTC started at ₹2.75 LPA, increasing to ₹3.57 LPA after my first year (EP rating) and ₹4.00 LPA in my second year (EP rating). I’m currently awaiting my third revision after receiving a GP rating—a change management implemented to limit the number of top ratings. I’ve heard from colleagues that previous batches received significantly higher hikes. For those who came through TSS, what has your career progression and salary growth looked like by the third or fourth year?
