Query Regarding C2 Promotion

I have 2 Yeo in TCS and was wondering what the eligibility criteria for C1 -> C2 promotion for fresher joining?

after 5 YEARS , if having 2/3 continues A bands else around 5.5-6 Years

Why misleading people? With continue 2/3 A bands people generally gets promoted to C2 within 4 years. At around 5-6 years bracket band doesn't matter if it is not C in last cycle.

After 5 yoe, you will be promoted to c2 grade.
