Query Regarding Bench Policy and Notice Period
How do the bench policies work? If we don’t find any projects after 35 days, what will happen? Do we get a three-month notice period, or will we be asked to leave without notice? As per the offer letter, we have a three-month notice period, right?

35days ka kuch nahi he abhi wo log aapki saamnese resign krne ki wait kr rahe he, No need to serve NP in bench, also if you resign from your side they are not provided 3months salary. If they ask you force fully for resign then only you got 3 months salary.
