Trending @Infosys; Query Regarding AWS certificate

Hello there, I attended a training on AWS developer Associate and got a coupon for the external certification. But in case I'm not able to clear the certification then would Infy be giving the voucher again or would there be anything different. How can I ask for the voucher again from Infy without spending anything from my side.
