I had got my appraisal and ratings in the month of March earlier this year. I had got exceptional ratings and was part of the freshers cycle. Now I've completed 3 years in CG and am out of the freshers cycle. I have got 'My Reflection' form mail today (which I usually used to get in Feb as per freshers cycle). So since I have got the form, can I expect ratings and appraisal again by year end?
Yes, since you received the 'My Reflection' form, you can expect ratings and appraisal by year-end. Your exceptional ratings should positively impact your appraisal.
Can you tell when did you got your first appraisal during your fresher cycle.Is it was 18 months.
Also if you could tell that hike and promotion are different thing. As a fresher i will receive my first hike/promotion after 18 months in capG??
I had joined CG in September 2021, so I was part of the JAS cycle. I got my first (default) promotion, ratings and appraisal in March-April of 2023, got my second promotion, ratings and appraisal in March-April of 2024. If you had joined as an A4 then you'll get your default promotion to A5 after 18 months (in majority of the case). Your hike % will depend upon your ratings. Yes you would get rating in Jan and hike probably in March which would be applicable from April 1st
