Query regarding an offer from Accenture
Hi everyone. I recently received an offer letter from Accenture for the role of senior analyst L10. The CTC offered is 14.5 Lpa(12 fixed). My experience level is about 3 yrs 10 months and CCTC around 6.7 Lpa. Pls suggest whether this offer is at par with what should have been and if I should counter. Thanks.
Hey, Is the hiring HR replying to your queries once an offer letter is released. One of my friend wanted to change base location in Accenture but the HR is not responding to calls and emails. Do you have any idea what else can be done.
You should always counter. Never accept the first offer. The hike is no doubt good, but you can always try once.
If they don’t agree, no problem you still have this offer.
It’s a good practice to always negotiate.
But what are the chances they'll agree??
