Query regarding - Deloitte GPS

Hi Folks, need few info regarding Deloitte profile.

My interview scheduled for GPS - Deloitte USI.

1. Mentioned Deloitte Support Services India pvt ltd...so is it part of Deloitte USI or Deloitte India?
2. How is work in GPS - Consultant/ Snr Consultant?
3. Work life balance ? pay scale? promotion ?
4. Now im working in EY, so in Deloitte is there any concept of Year end bonous? if so how much we can expect?
