Trending @Cognizant; Query on Year-End Rating Visibility for Managers
Hi everyone,
I have a quick question about the year-end rating process. I understand that managers can see their associates’ ratings first and then decide when to make them visible to us. Typically, associates get to know their year-end ratings by the last week of January or the first week of February.
As of today (17th January), I was wondering—by which period of January do managers usually get to know their associates’ ratings? I believe the ratings are submitted by managers in December and then go through normalization before finalization.
It would be great if anyone could share their insights on this timeline.
Thanks in advance!

Only if managers enable comments as visible, we can see comments now, otherwise we cannot and everyone will be able to see rating only when it gets released.

Jan last week to Feb first week
