Query on Work-From-Home Flexibility Under Mandatory WFO Guidelines

As per the guidelines, WFO is mandatory, and we have to maintain 85% attendance, right? So, can we take 2 to 3 days to work from home without raising any exceptions?

Yes will not be a problem. You will receive a mail with No Show marked. Pay will be cut based on the attendance no other action will be taken I guess. I am maintaining 85% of some of my friends 70% also.
