Query on WFO index calculation
In July month's salary there was variable pay by considering WFO for previous quarter i.e. Apr,May,June months...In coming October's salary there has to be variable pay addition by considering WFO for the current quarter I.e.July August and September.. Is it correct?If yes then in case I have not attended office in July then it will impact further variable pay anyways in October as July has already passed correct?

Can I raise the exception for entire July month now as I did not have seat allocation?
You should have done this before by discussing it with your manager and HR. As July is closed, try to check with HR if they can raise an exception because you cannot raise an exception for past days.
