Query on WFO Exception for male associate after childbirth

After the birth of a baby, for how many months can a male associate avail the Work from office exception?

Totally depends on the project. HR states alot of fancy crap to show off to the public but ground reality is different.

It is very hard to get cause a colleague had tried and was finally able to get barely 2 months. 1 month was approved the second month was a mix of exception and leave.

The organisation is a gaslighting crap which claims one thing but does the exact opposite.

What about female associates bro? Do they get 1 year exception after maternity leave? What's the time range?

I got it for one whole year. First 6 months was smooth and then a HR called me on teams and saying who gave up permission and all..I simply told him to drop me an email asking why I cannot work from home for an year when the policy clearly states that father's can WFH for an year. Later I also dropped the HR an email with the screenshot of the policy document looping his manager. I got 1 full year of WFH
