Trending @Accenture; Query on vb on notice period
I am serving Notice Period and my lwd is in dec 2025. I know manager can or cannot give vb. I know my manager will Most probably will give me pip so that I will not get vb. But I have very good dependency in my project. So after nov end, if I won't work , I know their project will get impacted as project will be in critical phase. Will it impact anything in my release process like lwd, experience letters?
Resist pip if you aren't a bad performer. You can't join accenture again
My manager is south Indian. He will definitely give me to save other team members I know and will consider me easy target as I am leaving. Else he cannot think of giving me pip I know. The only way to know he give me pip is if I won't receive vb right? Or there is other way in accenture to know if I got pip?
I am asking this question bcoz I am very calm and don't fight much. So they will consider even if they do this they will convince me and nothing will happen. But before I leave I want to give them good silent answer by not working and put them in critical situation. Please suggest.
