Query on salary package
I have 8 yrs of experience. My current CTC is 11LPA..I got 17 LPA offer from service based company. Then I got selected in product based US company and requested them for 22LPA. They told they have certain bands for each role and they will provide hike based on that. I will be getting offer details in couple of days. But I heard they usually pay really well. Is there any possibility that it will be less than my current offer?
bro to honest you are underpaid, with 8yr experience you should have asked 20+ from service based, and 8yr with 11lpa you serve them well with ver less, I am having 3 yr experience and one company offer me 12 lpa, and further looking to get 15 lpa, and you said its product based so it will pay more than what you requested, just check the how much is fixed, i have seen 30 lpa ctc but only 15lpa is fixed beaware of that.
