Trending @Capgemini; Query on Salary Breakup of Senior Consultant.

I was recently promoted to senior consultant with just 3 percent hike. But my salary break up doesn't have variable pay component. What should I do ?

I think its good you don't have variable, so your entire salary including 3% hike is fixed.
Variable pay can be reduced based on your performance. Another controlling mechanism in the hands of management. Another reason for not getting a variable pay might be that you have already reached the maximum salary bracket for C1 resource.

As i know, no one salary is under variable.

Is it? I know some C1s getting variable pay and some aren't.
