Trending @Cognizant; Query on RTO Compliance Duration at Cognizant
I’m currently awaiting my promotion at Cognizant ( completed 24 months, joined 2023 sep 1st ) and wanted to clarify something regarding RTO compliance.
Does anyone know from how many months Cognizant considers RTO compliance for promotion eligibility? Is it based on the last 6 months or just the recent 4 months?
Would really appreciate insights from those who’ve gone through the process or have clarity on this.

you will be available for promotion in Q1 2026 So try to maintain RTO with 3 d/w from mid December 25 to Mid April 26 for safer side
Recent 3 months and need to go 3days/week after you completed 30/36 months
I too have completed 3 years. But there is no update on promotion.
