Trending @Capgemini; Query on Resignation Withdrawal Before Last Working Day
I have submitted my resignation and my last working day is 13th June. However, if I do not secure an external opportunity, is it possible to withdraw my resignation on or before 12th June and continue in the current project?
I tried this , I went back to my manger asking I want to stay. he told me that he is willing to accept but it will be huge loss for me. He said Even if you stay back ,leadership now knows that you can't get outside opportunity and can exploit you with more work and no promotion. Plus you won't get promotion for the next year. Also mentioned people are looking for immediate joiner and you are now one of them. Just stay calm give 2 month proper preparation and job hunting you will get it. He even said in war people use to burn their boat once they step in it so that they can't go back. Currently because of this I didn't apply for retake went job less for 15 day after lwd and now I am having double salary better working environment , MNC better then CG.
