Trending @Accenture; Query on promotion
Hi all, need some advice from your side guys, I have completed my 2years on august, but my previous project was completed on July. I have newly joined in another project on Sep 1st. I don't know whom can I reach out for promotion and all. Can I expect a promotion for an upcoming cycle? Your suggestions or answers will greatly helpful for me. Thank You 😀
Bad luck 🤞🏻, ask for anytime feedback on Workday from your previous project supervisor and manager, if possible also take feedback on email keeping your current supervisor in CC. Although the above thing is just a formality but if you r lucky enough you might get some peanuts in this cycle. Anyways don't expect a hike/promotion in this cycle, as they are more focusing on VP and Equity only in Nov/Dec. Also until you complete at least 3 years on a level nowadays then only they r considering you for promotion.
