Question is more generic..its like asking i am in hyd ..how to reach hyd infosys campus. Please mention, what is your current role and what rating you got and how much you are critical to the project

I joined as a fresher in April 2022. Progressed to SSE in April 2024. Got Outstanding rating last cycle and it is my first rating. I'm working on a support project and I'm the critical resource in my project. I got two questions

  1. Will I get a hike this February?
  2. Will I be promoted to TA this quarter?

  2. Your manager should know. What he mentioned in the icount ?? There is a option to mention about promotion eligibility. What he/she mentioned there any idea?
