Trending @Accenture; Query on on-call support

I have been assigned to give on call support from 1st April to 15th April by my manager. But I forgot apply them in the myTe. If I adjust April’s 1st fortnight in myTE now, can I still get the allowance ? If at all I get, with which month salary will I get that amount if I adjust it today ?
