Query on Medical Document During Notice Period

Hi folks,

I'm currently serving my notice period and want to make the most of my time for interview preparation. Since coming to the office takes up a lot of my time, I'm planning to take two days of leave each week for the entire month. My question is: would I need to submit supporting documents even if I'm only taking two days off per week for 4 weeks?

Thanks!

No. Take wisely and ensure not more than 2 consecutive

HR can ask supporting documents if you taking sick leaves every week and specially if your project work is affected. Though policy says no document needed for 2 days but if there is regularaty they can ask . I have seen that in past

Make sure your manager is not getting into work problems because of your leave and all will be fine

Taking two days off per week usually doesn't need documents unless they're consecutive. Just don't overdo it, or it might raise eyebrows
