need help understanding Medibuddy policy. My dad's recent surgery reduced his individual sum insured from 2L to 0, but the family sum insured remains 12L. Can we claim for his upcoming surgery under the family sum insured? Any insights or experiences would be appreciated!"

You need to inform medibuddy team only if cashless hospital then needs to ask 72hrs prior to medibuddy team then they can email the hospital and take approvals.
