I am a new joiner, Can anyone give me some brief information about Earned leaves and optional leaves, My query is if I don't utilise my earned leaves what will happen, i.e they will add equivalent money to account or what the process...?

EL gets carried over, based on location you would have option to encash it, eg. Hyderabad
CL expires every financial year end
optional holidays expire by year end.
