I was tagged to projects with no work and later got a new project where they didn't give enough exposure to project even after asking and got released now I am in bench and my ageing will start .

I want to prepare myself for next company if anyone is from dotnet background and have experience please guide how to prepare myself for next opportunity.it will be helpful
