My manager said he had nominated me for H1B. What is the process in Accenture. Is anyone at on site or has gone to on site before. What is the probability of getting the visa. Is there any timeline ? Hope someone can help answering my query.

It depends. H1B would be the first choice of visa if the visa application is open. If your scheduled date of travel within the next 6months, it’s impossible to get a H1B visa. They might consider L1 visa instead which is easier to get comparatively. You can’t switch companies etc in this visa. Check with the People Mobility team for more information.
