Query on communication and vehicle maitenance allowance of BoB

Hello All , can someone tell me about the communication and vehicle allowance in bob . I recently promoted to c3a hence vehicle maintenance allowance component got active now . May i know how can i save a tax on this component ? What are all docs needed to upload ? Same goes with communcation allowance ? Do they provide any card for this as well like food cars to save some tax ?
