I've been reading few posts on Bridge program, some are moving from SSE to ACON roles, some are moving from TA/TL to CON roles.

What actually is this Bridge program? Which role can do transition to which roles ? Are there monitory benefits like IJP ? How Bridge is different from IJP ?

Can someone please explain.
