During the initial HR call, I mentioned that I have an offer of ₹15 LPA. Now, I’ve cleared all the interview rounds, including the client round, but in reality, the offer I currently have is for ₹12.5 LPA. If the HR asks me to share the offer letter, what should I do? Is it okay to edit the offer letter, or how should I handle this situation professionally?

Do not share your offer letter on mail, and never to any company, rather share a screenshot of your offer Annexure that is your compensation. Now that you have lied this is tricky part you may have to edit the same and be confident while negotiating for an offer.
