What's the standard procedure these Vampires are following when it comes to "In-person HR Discussion" and the Voluntary Resign which follows? I got Show cause mail and replied in very harsh words that I tried everything but due to systematic Lack of actual experience I'm in bench and didn't get any project. I also mentioned that please don't think that I have not put in any effort and attached photo proof, which I know they won't be reading, that I've put in effort. Even in replying to the mail, no help from GPT. I just want to know apart from the standard procedure, that
- If we'll get half salary for this month at end?
- How much time they'll take to release everything and collection of all documents?
- How to negotiate the severance pay, as some say 3:2 and some as 2:1, former being full and latter being basic.
- If I should instead file a anonymous case against malpractice under Sec 420 IPC (jk won't but put it out for anyone's future help :))
You will not get half salary for this month. It will take around 2-3 weeks to release everything and collect documents. Severance pay is usually 2:1, not 3:2. Filing a case is not advisable.
Most of the people laid recently received 3:2 that's why I asked. Apparently all have been getting 3:2 only for now but I'm not sure I I'll get the same or not. Although thanks for the update.
