Hi Folks,
I have a confusion, If I am going for 12 days a month, then it is fine right?
In April, I got the communication that 3 days/week OR 12 days a month is fine. Now they are sending reminder with 3 days/week AND 12 days a month.
This is bit confusing. Please comment.
These DCX HR's are of no use. No reply on ping or mails.
You can do 12 days a month either cumulative days or straight 12days either way it will be calculated or weekly 3 days..i have done 12days straight for almost 3mnths and didnt receive any non compliance mail..iam also from dcx bu
Not sure for other projects but we do 12 days a month anyhow as possible which is fine with the team
Depending on your BU and project team as per my knowledge 3days/week is compulsory..
Either 3 days week or 12 days month as per your convenience you commute to office.
