Trending @Accenture; Query about promotion
I'm working as an Analyst on OS administration integrated with cloud. My manager has a very good opinion about my work. Recently leads from our team resigned and moved out of Accenture. They are having a complete dependency on me w.r.t. a client. I got promoted from Associate to Analyst in last year (2023) June cycle. My manager was talking about my promotion as I'm leading the project now. Will I get a promotion in this cycle as my last promotion was last year?
Also, it's been 3+ years in Accenture for me and was thinking to change the company. But I stayed in hope that they might give hike or promotion. What's your opinion on this?

Promotion may happen if ur manager himself is talking on it . You can chk with him again in few days . They might have locked already by then .But try for other companies, u can use that also as a tool here
