Trending @Cognizant; Query about PIP

I got released from a project in dec 2024 and joined into new project now, but previous asho home manager gave me 1 rating, but current manager says its not a big issue I can give you simple course plan for PIP, will this work? Or PIP will be worse? Any suggestions about this?
