Trending @Infosys; Query about new tax regime.

Hi, My Ctc is 12,60,000lpa now my confusion after new update is FM said if income under 12L is zero tax deduction. Is this after standard deduction or including standard deduction I mean within 12L they will deduct 75k for standard deduction?
