Trending @Accenture; Query about hike/promotion

I joined acc in jan 2022 at level 12. And in march 2023 got the promotion and reached level 11. Since then I did not received any hike or promotion. Currently I am on bench so can I expect a hike or promotion in dec 2024 cycle. Also will i get Variable bonus as I am on bench
