Query about CSP Unit (Cyber Security Practice)- ILP/Projects etc -Ninja candidate.

I have a few doubts — if anyone is already in CSP, please share:

How is the ILP training? Same or different from other NQT/Normal hiring?

When do joining dates usually come? (For mostly peoples) If anyone is from prev. Hackquest batch. Please mention or anyone who is this unit and knows the stuffs.

How many people are there in one ILP batch and how long is training per day?

Where are you staying (PG/flat) and approx monthly cost? And what you recommend for fresher who gonna get around 20k/month

Are projects given early or is there a long bench time?

What do managers ask in project interviews (difficulty level/Which questions)?

Did you get your preferred location (1/2/3)? Can we change location later on the basis of project?

ILP is the same for all if you come from Ninja NQT it'll go for a month or 2. Location is dependent on the Unit you get tagged to so it depends on the project requirements... if you get a CSPU based project you might mostly work from the preferred location if not you'll be called to the project location as well if the project allows you might be able to work from home too ..its just IF.

I was hired through TCS Hackquest season 9(a two round CTF challenge and if qualified you have to appear for an interview(ninja/digital/prime) based on your score. I got Offer letter for ninja on 10 march 2025.
Before interview while filling application I have filled 3 location preference but I don't remember what I choose as I didn't thought I would get offer. In my OL, it's mentioned like this I have shared ss.

If you are getting tagged to CSPU what Role you have been or about to get into ... But CSPU is a good unit as it revolves around all things cyber Security projects are good at the end it depends on the skills you bring to the table if you are fresher they'll look for your enthusiasm.
