Trending @Infosys; Queries on DSEs who got role change through Bridge Program

Currently I'm working as a DSE (joined Infy as a System engineer). I've got a role change through Bridge Program to DSE in July 2025. I've a few queries regarding ratings, progression & promotion, salary hikes -

Q.1 - Will I be eligible for the performance rating for this cycle? (Oct 2024 - Sep 2025 Cycle)

Q.2 - If Infy announces a hike in March 2026, then will I be eligible for the hike ?

Q.3 - When will I be eligible for the progression DSE L0 to L1 ? (Note: Career path courses and certifications completed)

Q.4 - Will there be any salary revision after progression to DSE L1?

Please provide the best inputs you do have on this.
