Hi all,

Just wanted to check , what’s the current bench policy? Is it LOP after 3 months or does it lead to resignation after 3 months? Could someone please clarify?

U can sit maximum 45 days in bench, later pending leaves adjusted. Once leaves are utilised, the LOP. Today I resigned from Wipro.

As per policy mentioned in the portal, for B3 and above its 45 days. And for below its 90 days. were you B3 ?
